PocketLynx

One touch synchronization for your Sharp TM-20

Technical Support can be reached by phone, fax, or e-mail. Technical Support hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. E-mails and faxes are responded to within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that this means faxes and e-mails received on Friday may not be answered until the following Monday.

Please have the following information available when you contact Technical Support.

  • PocketLynx version number (Go to the Help menu and choose About to be certain of the version number.)
  • PocketLynx serial number (This can also be found by going to the Help menu and choosing About.)
  • TM-20 serial number
  • What version Windows you are running on the computer PocketLynx is installed on
  • The exact wording of the error message displayed on your computer screen
  • What happened and what you were trying to do in PocketLynx when the error occurred
