One touch synchronization for your Sharp TM-20

PocketLynx is the only software package that gives you full connectivity between your Sharp TelMail TM-20 and your PC.

PocketLynx features:

• Use the comfortable size of your PC's screen and keyboard to view and edit your data and even compose e-mails which you can then download to your TM-20 for transmission.
  
  
• Import and export data files with Outlook 97, Outlook 98, and ACT! 2.04, 3.x, and 4.x. PocketLynx also supports common formats such as: CSV (comma separated values), SDF (standard delimiter format), and TXT (text delimited).
  **ACT will import address book data only
  
  
• True PC and TM-20 synchronization: Only new, deleted, and modified data are updated unless a full synchronization is specified. You can also synchronize only one application or all applications, making data transfer take substantially less time.
  
  
• Keep your peace of mind with data backups. If your TM-20 is lost, or data on it is accidentally corrupted or deleted you can restore your important information.
  
  
• Create additional organizer files to save historical data. They will be saved separately from your current data while still allowing you to view it.
  
  
• Multi-View Activities allow you to view a calendar month, a weekly graph, and all tasks scheduled on a selected day at the same time.
  
  
• PocketLynx supports drag-and-drop appointment rescheduling.
  
  
• The PC Time Manager will warn you if your appointments or events clash, if you schedule an appointment outside of your regular business day, or if you schedule an appointment on a weekend.
  
  
• Full capability to print information from any TM-20 application.
  
  
• Delete groups of entries together or all entries in a specified application.
